The Skillset Head Office project involved the full transformation of the former NAB Building in Bathurst CBD on the corner of William and Church Streets, into a modern two storey administrative headquarters for Skillset. Following the completion of Stage 1 demolition and strip out works, Stage 2 delivered extensive internal and external upgrades, a new lift installation, reconfigured office spaces, new amenities, improved accessibility, new HVAC, electrical, data, fire systems & security, and a complete revitalisation of the building’s façade. The exterior received major improvements with new awnings, glazing, stone cladding, façade repairs and landscaping, transforming the building’s presence on William and Church Streets.The new facility now supports Skillset’s operations with contemporary workspaces, training rooms, meeting suites, amenities, and customer facing areas
