Property & Development NSW – Panorama ave Bathurst- Level 2 Office refurbishment

This project delivered a complete ceiling replacement and full refurbishment of Level 2 within the State Government Office Block in Bathurst, upgrading workplaces for Property & Development NSW and the Department of Customer Service. Works commenced with the isolation and demolition of the existing 2600m2 ceiling grid and associated mechanical, electrical and fire services, followed by installation of a new suspended ceiling system with updated sprinkler heads, AC grilles and LED lighting integrated into the existing BMS.
The refurbishment also included major tenancy enhancements, incorporating new & upgraded meeting rooms, new kitchenettes, acoustic improvements, internal repainting throughout. Building services were comprehensively renewed with upgraded power, data and AV infrastructure, installation of blinds and glazing decals, and the addition of new specialist workstations, seating and IT benches.
All works were delivered in a live, occupied environment, requiring careful staging, strict WHS controls and compliance with NCC and certification requirements. The resulting space is a contemporary, efficient and fully compliant workplace with improved environmental performance, modern technology integration and enhanced amenity for all Level 2 occupants.
