Spatial Services NSW- Panorama ave Bathurst- Level 1 PWA Office fitout

The Level 1 Public Works Office Refurbishment at 346 Panorama Avenue, Bathurst delivered a modern open plan workplace featuring new meeting rooms, quiet rooms, breakout zones and upgraded staff amenities. Works commenced with demolition of existing offices, ceiling grid and associated services to prepare the space for a full redesign.
The new fitout featured acoustic rated partition walls, privacy treated glazing, updated door hardware and refreshed finishes including new paintwork, flooring and custom joinery. Amenities were upgraded with a new accessible toilet and refurbishment of the existing male and female facilities. A new compliant accessible ramp was also constructed at the building’s main entrance to provide direct access to Level 1.
Mechanical, electrical and ICT systems were comprehensively modernised, supported by new FF&E, operable walls to conference rooms, upgraded kitchen joinery, CCTV installation and compliance driven improvements to circulation, accessibility and fire stair balustrades.
Delivered within a live government facility, the project required staged sequencing, strict WHS management and full adherence to NCC and AS1428 accessibility requirements. The completed refurbishment provides PWA staff with a contemporary, efficient workplace offering improved amenity, acoustics, accessibility and integrated technology.
